The tool is an expense. You are the one who turns it into an investment.

Your teams, your processes and your tools do not move at the same pace. We align them with your vision, and make every AI agent a new colleague. Never a replacement.

Our approach

A project has a start, a budget, and a release date. Your business, meanwhile, keeps changing.

We build an organisation able to adapt continuously. Because a successful project is not a delivered project, it is a project that is used.

One and the same approach, in five stages.

Understand

Listing actual uses, grasping the stakes, identifying the risks.

Scope

Taking account of governance, sovereignty and reporting, defining the scope and securing it.

Deploy

Designing, configuring, integrating, giving every tool or AI agent a clear role in the organisation.

Drive adoption

Supporting the teams and the way practices evolve. That is the success criterion, and it is prepared from day one.

Keep it alive

Support, application maintenance, managed services: service continuity, commitments met, changes as needs arise.

Adoption is not the last stage: it is built from the scoping stage and continues in everyday use.

Training

Training to embed new ways of working.

Change management is not just training, but it can rarely do without it. At BleuLemon, we see training as an essential moment of exchange, sharing and ownership.

We have developed a full catalogue of training courses covering the activities, methods and tools of the IT department.

ITSM

Is good support measured by the number of tickets?

Volume is reassuring, but the quality of the service shows elsewhere: first contact, back-and-forth, workarounds.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we get asked before working together

A question that finds no answer here is dealt with in a thirty-minute conversation, about your actual context rather than a general case.

Talk to an expert
How do we get started together?

Through an assessment: we understand your situation, your friction points and your priorities, then build a realistic trajectory. You get a shared view, settled priorities and a workable action plan.

Do you work only on Atlassian?

No. An Atlassian Platinum partner since 2008, we also work with Matrix42, IBM Apptio, OpenProject and XWiki. The right solution is not the one we would rather implement, but the one that lastingly finds its place in your organisation.

Do you handle strategy AND implementation?

Yes. We scope, we deploy, we drive adoption and we keep it alive. Our role does not stop at configuration: the platform has to find its place in your processes and be genuinely used by your teams.

What happens after the release?

Support, application maintenance and managed services take over: service continuity, commitments met, changes as needs arise. A project is not finished when it is delivered: it is successful when it goes on producing value.

How long does an engagement last?

An assessment takes a few weeks. A migration or a transformation runs from a few months to more than a year. Our relationships last: 83% of our target clients have stayed with us over the past three years.

Is AI genuinely useful for an IT department?

Yes, provided it is brought in with clear governance: a defined mission, controlled access, a measured contribution. We help you identify the uses that are genuinely useful: the aim is not to multiply agents.
