All three levels exist in both versions. Cloud sessions run for a day, Data Center sessions for half a day, the content following the real differences between the two environments.
How a session runs.
A preparatory interview establishes your context and your use cases. A placement questionnaire allows the level to be adjusted before day one. The session is held in house, 1 to 8 people, on site at your locations or remotely, in French or in English.

Do you need a space owner in each department?
That is what we recommend. A space with no identified owner degrades within a few months, however well it was structured to begin with.
Do you train on Confluence's artificial intelligence features?
Yes, they are covered in Level 3, from the point of view of the administrator who decides to switch them on and set the rules for their use.
Do you train on our instance?
Yes, and that is what we recommend. The training then works on your real spaces and your real content.
