Change management training: driving adoption, not just deployment.
An IT project rarely fails for technical reasons. It fails because the change reaches the teams too late. This course gives managers and project managers the methods to steer a transformation while taking human and organisational factors into account. BleuLemon has delivered it in house since 2008, in Paris, in Lyon and across France.
Consultant-trainers on active engagements · 1 to 8 people · On site or remote
Tools are not enough.
You can deploy the best tools on the market: if the Build and Run teams do not talk to each other, if change management is improvised, if no one knows who does what after go-live, the transformation stalls.
These courses lay the organisational foundations that hold the rest together.

How a session runs.
A preparatory interview with the consultant-trainer establishes your context. A placement questionnaire allows the level to be adjusted. The sessions combine methodological input with hands-on practice on cases identified with you beforehand, in house, 1 to 8 people, on site or remotely.
Adoption is not the last stage. It is prepared from the very first scoping workshop.
The questions we get asked about change management
A question that finds no answer here is dealt with in a thirty-minute conversation, about your actual context rather than a general case.
Talk to an expertWhen should change management training happen?
Before deployment, not after. Training that arrives at go-live only serves to explain away difficulties that have already set in.
Can the Build and Run programme be taken module by module?
Yes. The full programme comes to seven and a half days, and each module can be taken separately. Many organisations start with roles and responsibilities, then choose according to their needs.
Who should take part?
Managers and change champions first, along with the project managers involved. The training is worth most when the Build and Run teams attend together.
Does this training replace a consulting engagement?
No. It gives your teams the methods. If you want the approach to be run with you, that is our change management service.
