AI assessment & roadmap: knowing where to start.
Identify the transformations genuinely worth starting, prioritise them and build a usable trajectory.

The problem.
Which business areas will change? Which tasks can be automated? Which agents might be useful? Which projects should be launched first? With what impact on the organisation and on skills? The AI Assessment turns these questions into priorities, use cases and a roadmap.
Ideas are rarely in short supply. What is missing is the ability to compare the opportunities with one another: value expected, feasibility, cost, technical dependencies, human impact and risks.
Without this prioritisation, the business risks multiplying experiments without knowing which ones to industrialise.
Our approach.
Over a short engagement, typically 8 to 10 days spread across a few weeks, we work with the leadership, the business and the IT department to understand how the organisation really works and to identify the transformations AI can bring.
We are not trying to produce an abstract AI maturity score. We are trying to establish what you can actually do, in what order and for what value.
Our five-stage approach.
The Assessment focuses mainly on the first two stages, but deliberately prepares the next three so that the findings can be acted on straight away.
Interview the leadership, the business and the IT department; understand the processes, the current costs, the irritants, the data available and the constraints.
Turn the findings into described use cases, and set the criteria for value, feasibility, risk and organisational impact.
Prepare for action: select the priority use cases, specify the technical prerequisites and set the launch order.
Anticipate the impact on roles, skills and practices so that adoption is built into the roadmap from the outset.
Define the indicators used to measure the gains, reassess the priorities and develop the roadmap after the first deployments.
What the Assessment lets you come away with.
The activities, tasks and processes with the greatest potential for automation or augmentation by AI.
According to their value, their feasibility, the data available, the organisational impact and the level of risk.
On the business, the skills, the organisation, the information system and governance.
Some uses can be started quickly; others require prior work on the data, the processes or the governance.
You come away with prioritised use cases and a trajectory that lets you decide what to launch, in what order and with what resources.
The deliverable.
At the end of the engagement, we hand you an AI Transformation Assessment covering the opportunities identified, the priority use cases, their value and their feasibility, the organisational and technical impact, the main prerequisites, their launch order and the operational roadmap.
The document belongs to you and remains usable, whether the next steps are carried out with BleuLemon, in-house or with another partner.
Frequently asked questions
A question that finds no answer here is dealt with in a thirty-minute conversation, about your actual context rather than a general case.
Talk to an expertHow long does the AI Assessment take?
Typically 8 to 10 days of work, spread across a few weeks to allow for the interviews, the analysis and the presentation of findings.
Do you need to have identified use cases already?
No. The interviews are precisely what brings them out, including the ones the teams had not necessarily thought of.
Who should take part?
The leadership, the IT department and a representative panel from the business areas concerned. The quality of the Assessment depends a great deal on the range of viewpoints gathered.
How does it differ from an IT Assessment?
The IT Assessment covers your information system and its overall trajectory. The AI Assessment focuses on the transformations that artificial intelligence makes possible, their impact and the use cases to prioritise.
What happens afterwards?
You decide. A use case can then be implemented as part of our AI for business processes, handed over to your teams or to another partner.
