BleuLemon, partner in IT transformations that last.

Since 2008, BleuLemon has supported IT departments in their transformation projects, from scoping through to adoption and evolution over time.

We work with the teams, on the processes and the tools, with one simple conviction: a project only creates value when it genuinely finds its place in the organisation.

More than 30 staff, in Paris and Lyon, with complementary backgrounds and experience. Engagements across France, as well as in multi-site and multi-country contexts.

Our work covers in particular:

Change management
03
IT and business service management
04
Support, application maintenance and managed services
05
IT cost control
06
Project and portfolio management

Introducing artificial intelligence into the business, and agent governance

Our main industries today areManufacturing & Defence, Banking, Finance & Insurance, Retail & Distribution and Luxury.

The references we can publish include Safran, Opteven and Viamedis; other engagements remain covered by confidentiality agreements. We describe these projects in our case studies.

A transformation is not just deploying a tool

A tool can be perfectly installed and produce little value if it does not match the way people work, if the processes do not follow, or if the teams do not take ownership of it.

So we work on the whole transformation: understanding the situation, scoping the objectives, deploying, preparing and supporting adoption, then developing the setup over time.

One and the same approach in five stages: understand, scope, deploy, drive adoption, keep it alive.

Adoption does not begin at the fourth stage. It is prepared from the first conversations and consolidated after the release.

Alongside IT departments since 2008.

The name BleuLemon carries our identity: Bleu, for solid expertise. Lemon, for a fresh perspective.

The founding team is still here, and the experience has grown richer over the years.

Technology moves fast. Organisations and ways of working move more slowly. Our job is to connect the two.

We have deliberately built a tight technology ecosystem around solutions we genuinely know: Atlassian, Matrix42, IBM Apptio, OpenProject, XWiki, as well asAquarius, our Jira archiving solution.

Artificial intelligence is now another pillar of what we do. Because we know our clients' teams, processes and ways of working well, we can measure its impact in the business in concrete terms. And we apply to ourselves the approaches we recommend: BleuLemon is also our own testing ground for AI.

Our role, though, remains to understand the need before choosing the technology. The right solution is not the one we would rather implement, but the one that lastingly finds its place in your organisation.

Our place among your teams.

We prefer to see ourselves as a partner in your success rather than simply a supplier of solutions.

Depending on the need, this relationship can take several forms.

Consulting and projects

We scope the need, challenge requests when that is useful, propose a trajectory, then support its implementation.

The expected result is not just a deliverable that meets the requirements: it has to work in your organisation.

Services over time

After the release, we can continue supporting you with application maintenance, user support, or through our managed services.

Continuity after the project is not a separate activity: it is often the logical follow-on from deployment.

Reinforcing your teams

Where the context calls for it, we also make consultants available over long periods to reinforce your teams.

In every case, we favour co-construction and skills transfer. Your teams remain the owners of the decisions, the ways of working and the ability to develop the solutions.

Our consultants are also trainers: what they implement, they can explain and pass on.

Strong values for lasting relationships.

01
Honesty, trust as the foundation

We believe transparency is a necessary condition for a lasting collaboration. If we do not understand a request, if we think it does not address the right problem or that it risks undermining the value expected from the project, we say so. Including when that means revisiting the scope, questioning a technology choice, or not winning the engagement.

Our role is not to approve a request as a matter of course, but to make sure with you that it genuinely serves the intended objective.

02
Team spirit, shared success

We favour close relationships, dialogue and co-construction, with our clients' teams as much as within BleuLemon.

It is probably this way of working that explains why some relationships have lasted more than fifteen years, well beyond a project or an engagement. A significant share of our new contacts also comes from introductions by satisfied clients.

For us, team spirit does not stop at BleuLemon's boundaries: it includes the teams we work with and the relationships we build over time.

03
Freedom, a transparent and committed approach

We are convinced that freedom is the source of creativity. Our organisation gives staff broad autonomy.

Decisions are taken as close as possible to the subjects, everyone has time to develop their skills, and the right to make mistakes is part of how the collective works.

04
Pride, building successes that last

Success is not measured only on delivery day. We look at what remains six months later: the ways of working, the practices, how effective the setup is and the teams' ability to carry on without us.

We want our clients to stay independent, but we are also proud when they choose to continue the adventure with us on new projects. 83% of our target clients have stayed with us over the past three years.

This loyalty also exists within BleuLemon: the stability of our teams and the length of many colleagues' careers here are, for us, another indicator of trust and collective success.

The Yuzus, that's us.

At BleuLemon, our people are known as the Yuzus. The yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit, rarer than the lemon and harder to grow. The nickname started internally and it stuck. It gives its name to the Baromètre des Yuzus, our annual engagement survey, and to the Articles Yuzu category on Zest of Mind, our blog, where everyone writes under their own name with no marketing review.

The 2026 barometer highlighted four areas for improvement: strategic clarity, internal communication, career paths and visibility of CSR commitments.

The team together, arms raised

“Transformation is not only a matter of tools or skills. It is above all a matter of meaning.”

BleuLemon's management.

A team rich in complementary backgrounds and experience.

More than 30 staff work today from Paris and Lyon.

Our strength comes less from a juxtaposition of specialities than from the complementarity of backgrounds and experience. A majority of our staff come from a career change, which brings different perspectives on jobs, organisations and ways of solving problems.

That diversity is found in the team itself: as many women as men, different generations, varied cultural backgrounds and very diverse professional experience.

We see this as a real strength. Confronting different points of view feeds creativity, avoids ready-made answers and helps us approach the same problem from several angles.

On top of this diversity of backgrounds come complementary areas of expertise: consulting, transformation, architecture, platform administration, service management, IT finance, project management, change management, training and artificial intelligence.

Our main areas of expertise today cover:

01
Trajectory and IT transformation

Scoping the stakes, settling priorities and building a realistic trajectory.

02
Service management — ITSM & ESM

Structuring services, processes and ways of working, from the IT department through to business functions.

03
Atlassian platforms

Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Cloud, Data Center, licensing, migration and operations.

04
Support and operations

Application maintenance, user support, managed services and extra capacity for your teams.

05
Change management and adoption

Preparing adoption from the scoping stage and supporting teams through to new ways of working.

06
Project and portfolio management

From the backlog and the teams through to portfolio trade-offs.

07
IT cost control

FinOps, ITFM, cost allocation and the financial steering of IT.

08
Artificial intelligence

Identifying the useful uses, implementing solutions and organising the governance of agents.

Our certifications and partnerships reinforce this experience: Atlassian, IBM, Matrix42, ITIL, Fresque du Changement and other specialisations depending on the profile.

The team gathered around a table, notebook open
A shared screen, the team around the table
A three-way working discussion around a laptop

A project is not finished when it is delivered. It really begins when your teams make it their own.

That is what we come and check with you, at the start and again six months later.

Tools and skills are necessary. But without meaning, without real use and without buy-in, they change nothing lasting. In short, without people, they are not enough.

What exactly is BleuLemon?

BleuLemon is a consulting and services company specialising in the IT transformation of IT departments.

Since 2008 we have worked from scoping through to lasting use, on governance, IT services, projects, costs, tooling, Atlassian and artificial intelligence.

What is the difference between BleuLemon and a purely technical supplier?

A technical supplier delivers first against a defined scope of work.

We also seek to understand why this scope is being asked for, to challenge the choices when that is useful, and to prepare for what happens after the release.

Our aim is not only that the solution works, but that it is genuinely used and can evolve with your organisation.

Which clients can you name?

Safran, Opteven and Viamedis are among the references we can name with their agreement.

Other references are covered by confidentiality agreements and can be presented in the appropriate setting.

Where do you work?

Our two offices are in Paris and Lyon. Our engagements cover the whole of France, on site or remotely depending on the phase of the project, as well as multi-site and multi-country contexts. Our training runs in French or English, at your premises or remotely.
