Industries: we know your constraints, not just your tools.
BleuLemon works with IT departments facing very different realities from one industry to the next. We do not start from a catalogue of solutions: we start from the constraint that actually weighs on the teams, whether regulatory, operational, organisational or a matter of sovereignty.

We do not start from a solution. We start from your reality.
BleuLemon works across many industries. Those presented here are simply the ones in which we most often support our clients today.
But belonging to the same industry does not mean having the same needs. Two comparable companies can have very different organisations, constraints, cultures, information systems and priorities.
That is why we do not apply the same method, the same tool or the same organisational model everywhere. We first seek to understand what makes up your reality: your challenges, your teams, your processes, your constraints and what you are genuinely trying to improve.
The pages below set out the issues we often meet in four industries. They give reference points and examples, not recipes. The answer itself is always built with you, from your own context.
Four industries, four main constraints
The dominant constraintOperational sovereignty, export control, sensitive data and continuity.

Making sure teams can keep working, keeping control of traceability, retaining real independence from suppliers and preserving sovereignty.

The dominant constraintHeightened confidentiality, control over access, perceived quality and brand protection.
Luxury
Deploying internal services that are reliable and adopted across international networks, without exposing the projects or the data of the houses we work with.
Read the pageWe also work in other environments, notably energy, public services and healthcare. The starting point stays the same: understand the constraint, then build the tooling for the processes that carry it.
What does not change from one industry to the next.
Each industry is specific, yet we apply the same approach everywhere.
Real ways of working, irritants and risks specific to the industry.
The constraint, the scope, the commitments.
Tooling the processes that carry the constraint.
Real usage, population by population.
Follow-up, commitments met over time.
Frequently asked questions
A question that finds no answer here is dealt with in a thirty-minute conversation, about your actual context rather than a general case.
Talk to an expertDo you work only in these four industries?
No. These four pages cover the industries in which we have built substantial experience. We also work in energy, public services, healthcare and in multi-country environments.
Why do you start from the constraint rather than from the industry?
Because a constraint translates into concrete decisions and processes. An industry describes a market; a requirement for continuity, confidentiality, traceability or seasonality describes what actually has to be solved.
Can you name your clients?
Three detailed case studies are published on this site: Safran, Opteven and Viamedis. The other engagements stay confidential or appear under a generic title, at the client's request. That rule also applies to the industries where we work without permission to publish, such as retail and luxury.
Do your recommendations depend on your vendor partnerships?
No. We start by understanding the need and the constraints. The right solution is not the one we would rather implement, but the one that lastingly finds its place in your organisation.
Do you work outside Paris and Lyon?
Yes. Our engagements cover the whole of France as well as multi-site and multi-country projects. The scoping, deployment and follow-up phases combine on-site and remote work, whichever is more effective.
