IT audit: four assessments with a duration, a deliverable and a price.

BleuLemon runs four fixed-scope information system assessments: Atlassian Assessment (5 days), Change Starter ITSM (2 weeks), Controlled Data Center Exit (6 to 10 weeks), AI assessment & roadmap (8 to 10 days). Each one ends with a prioritised trajectory.

What an IT assessment has to settle.

An assessment must not simply document what exists. It has to make decisions possible: what has to change, what can wait, and in what order to act. The assessment is a simple way to start a project, before embarking on a transformation.

The four assessments.

Atlassian Assessment

5 days

Is our Jira, Confluence or JSM instance still suited to our organisation?

Scope
Your Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management instances and the other components of your Atlassian environment.
Deliverables
Configuration review report plus prioritised actions.
Format
Two days on site, readout to the committee within 10 days.

This Atlassian audit is for IT departments whose platform has grown faster than its rules.

€6,000 excl. VAT

Change Starter ITSM

2 weeks

Does our ITSM support still meet the needs of users and of the organisation? Where do we start to improve it?

Scope
Your support chain and your ITSM tooling.
Deliverables
A 90-day plan.
Format
Rapid audit, then an action plan.
€6,000 excl. VAT

Controlled Data Center Exit

6 to 10 weeks

How do you exit Atlassian Data Center without interrupting service or losing efficiency?

Scope
Full trajectory: scope, constraints, target choice, archiving, licences, apps, security, migration organisation and priority management.
Deliverables
A requirements specification, a benchmark and a trajectory with a 90-day plan.
Format
4 stages: assessment and risks, stakeholder buy-in, requirements and benchmark, trajectory.

The timetable is public: last Data Center purchase or renewal on 30 March 2028, switch to read-only on 28 March 2029. Time is a strategic asset, not a reprieve.

From the assessment to the IT master plan.

An IT master plan sitting in a binder changes nothing. Our assessments end with a prioritised trajectory: the workstreams, their order, their effort, and the conditions for each to be adopted. Technology moves systems forward, change management supports the organisation, and it is the people who give a transformation its value.

The questions we get asked about IT audits

A question that finds no answer here is dealt with in a thirty-minute conversation, about your actual context rather than a general case.

Talk to an expert
How do you know which assessment to choose?

The choice depends above all on the question you need to answer. The Atlassian Assessment covers your Atlassian environment, Jira, Confluence, JSM, Guard, Jira Align; the Change Starter ITSM covers how effective your support is and which improvements to prioritise; the Controlled Data Center Exit covers your migration trajectory; and the AI Assessment covers which use cases to select, their value and the order in which to implement them. A first conversation confirms the right scope.

What happens if our need does not match one of these assessments exactly?

These assessments cover the situations we meet most often, but they are not exhaustive. If your need does not match one of these formats exactly, we adapt the scope, the duration and the deliverable to build an assessment targeted on your problem. The aim stays the same: to let you decide quickly, on the basis of a shared picture and a clear trajectory.

What do you hand over at the end?

We hand over a written document, costed and directly usable, suited to the assessment carried out: configuration review, 90-day action plan, requirements specification, migration trajectory or AI roadmap. The aim is always the same: to give you a clear basis on which to decide and to commit to what follows. Never a simple write-up of workshops.

Are we committed to continuing with you afterwards?

No. The deliverable belongs to you and must be usable without us. You can carry on with BleuLemon, with your own teams or with another partner. It is a principle we apply to all our assessments.

Does the AI Assessment replace a conventional IT audit?

No. An IT audit covers all or part of the information system, whereas the AI Assessment focuses on one precise subject: identifying relevant AI uses, prioritising them, assessing their value and defining the conditions for implementing them. The two are complementary: an IT audit may bring an AI initiative to the surface as a priority; if that initiative is already identified, the AI Assessment lets you address it directly.
