A tool that is deployed but poorly adopted costs more than no tool at all.
That observation underpins our whole training offer. A platform is deployed in a few weeks; a team practice takes a quarter to settle in, and it does not settle in on its own.
We do not train to tick a box. We train to change practices calmly and for the long term. Training comes at the fourth stage of our method, scope, deploy, drive adoption, keep it alive, never at the end of a project as leftover budget.

Our trainers are consultants on active engagements. That dual role of consultant-trainers has a direct consequence: the person leading the session has configured instances comparable to yours, and answers configuration questions in the room.

From 0.5 to 2 days per module. The Build and Run programme comes to 7.5 days in total, or can be taken module by module.

Several courses covering Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Assets, Bitbucket, Advanced Roadmaps, Xray, Jira Product Discovery and the dashboards, in Cloud and Data Center versions, except Jira Product Discovery, which is Cloud only. To these are added change management and the Build and Run programme in nine modules.
Which Jira course should you choose?
Three levels. Discovery is enough for users who create and track their work. Project administration is aimed at project managers and leads who configure screens and workflows. Platform administration is for the team that runs the instance, with two variants, functional and technical. The Jira training page sets out all three.
How much does Atlassian training cost?
The price depends on the module, its length and the number of sessions, not on the number of participants: training four people or eight costs the same. We issue a quotation after the preparatory interview.
Can the courses be tailored?
Two formats. Catalogue courses follow a set programme, from which some modules can be removed. Bespoke courses are designed with you from your context, your tools and your teams' level.
Do you train on our own instance?
Yes, and that is what we recommend. The training then works on your projects, your fields and your working habits, not on a demonstration environment.
How are your training courses contracted?
As an in-house consulting engagement, paid for directly by the company. We are not a Qualiopi-certified training body, so our sessions do not go through an OPCO.
Do you train remotely, and in English?
Yes to both. Our sessions are held on site at your Paris or Lyon locations, or elsewhere in France, or remotely. We deliver in French or in English, which matters for multi-country teams. Remote delivery calls for shorter modules, half a day rather than a full day.
How long between the request and the session?
A month on average after signature.
What is the difference between an Atlassian certification and your training?
A certification validates an individual level against a standard exam. Our courses start from your instance and change a team's practices. The first goes on a CV, the second shows in daily work. The two go together.
